TRANEXAMIC ACID 

Tranexamic Acid is a popular skincare synthetic acid based on lysine, a naturally occurring amino acid that is involved in collagen production. It works to disrupt the pathways between different skin cells related to discolorations to inhibit melanin production.

It has been shown to be useful in reducing the appearance of hyperpigmentation and melasma, resulting in a more even and radiant complexion. It can also help reduce inflammation and skin discolorations related to acne.4

It works as a safer alternative to harsh bleaching agents like hydroquinone and works well when paired with other active ingredients that address discoloration.

Mandelic Acid is an alpha-hydroxy acid (AHA) derived from bitter almonds that makes it a great exfoliating agent for all skin complexions, including sensitivity concerns.

Due to its larger particle size, it absorbs into the skin more slowly, which can result in less irritation on the skin's surface. It is effective in addressing hyperpigmentation, uneven skin tone, and sun-damaged skin.

The trio of Tranexamic Acid, Mandelic Acid, and Glycolic Acid provides a light and effective exfoliation to break down the dead skin layer while gently promoting the fading of discoloration and smoothening out the skin texture. It's safe for all skin types, especially damaged and sensitive skin.
