Shipping policy

SHIPMENT PROCESSING TIMES: All orders are processed within 1-3 days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery.

SHIPPING AND HANDLING CHARGES: Free ground shipping only on domestic orders over $500.00 (any kits, bundles, promotional deals, limited-time offers, and any other specials are excluded from contributing to the $500.00 minimum). Estimated delivery time for regular orders will be 3-5 business days. Any special request for rush delivery will be charged by shipping agent rates.

DELIVERY: DERMAESTHETICS utilizes FedEx and USPS to ship out all orders unless otherwise requested by the account holder. All purchases once shipped are the property of the purchaser. 

SHIPMENT REFUSALS and RESTOCKING CHARGES: In the case that an order is returned to DERMAESTHETICS due to refusal, no one present to accept it or to pay the C.O.D. amount, you will be responsible for the reshipping charges.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING COSTS & DELIVERY TIMES: Please allow 2-4 business days for processing and 1-20 business days for delivery (depending on shipping address). Customs & import fees may apply to some international orders. The customer is responsible for all customs and/or import fees. Dermaesthetics is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.) By law, we cannot lower the invoice value or send the order as a gift. If an international order is returned to us as a 'return to sender' shipment, in which the recipient refuses to accept the shipment, we will process a refund (minus the shipping cost) back to the original form of payment.
