Refund policy
DERMAESTHETICS stands behind each product manufactured and sold. We strive to provide the highest quality, most effective, result-oriented professional skin care products available in the industry today. However, we understand there may be reasons the product is not functional for your client at times. DERMAESTHETICS guarantees a 100% product exchange. There are NO CASH REFUNDS for any product returns. If you have any questions on product selections, please speak with our customer service representatives for more information.
REPLACEMENT REFUND POLICY:
- All returns must be initiated within 30 days of receipt of product/confirmation of delivery.
- In a continuing effort to offer the best shopping and product - return experience to as many clients as possible, Dermaesthetics® reserves the right to limit returns if we have reason to suspect misuse of our Returns Policy (such as excessive returns, reseller activity, or fraud).
- Refunds will only be offered for wrong or defective products. Exchange or credit on all other orders.
- No exchanges will be offered on Promo items. Promo items must be returned in their complete entirety to be eligible for return. For example, 6+1 purchase - you must return all 6+1. Buy 1 get 1, you must return both items for credit or if they purchased a kit - all modalities, trial products, and tips, etc must be returned to receive full credit. Otherwise, missing items will be charged at Online pricing.
- Please note that items purchased as part of a kit or set must be returned in full in order to be eligible for a refund. Partial refunds will not be offered.
- All returns requested must match the original request. For example: if the customer said they were going to return just one item but later returned their whole order without updating customer service, this return will not be accepted.
- Dermaesthetics® reserves the right to limit or reject returns for products based on usage. Your order will not be eligible for return if you’ve used over 50% of the product or your order is beyond the allotted time of 30 days for return. Defective package may be an exception. All other returns in ‘unsuitable’ condition will be charged a 15% restocking fee.
- Items purchased from other retailers, dealers or resellers and not directly from pro.dermaestheticsusa.com are not eligible for return, refund or exchange.
- Customers will be responsible for shipping cost unless otherwise agreed upon with Dermaesthetics®.
- Customers will need to call our customer service to get an AR (return authorization) number first. Unauthorized returns are not allowed.
