Peel Palette

★★★★★ 4.8 (47 Reviews)

Stocking one peel for every concern means compromising on most of them. You reach for whatever is already open rather than what the skin actually needs.

Peel Palette turns that around. Each color-coded formula targets one concern — congestion, dark spots, fine lines, firmness. The range runs from a gentle hydrating peel to Trichloroacetic Acid and Resorcinol depths.

Two formulas sit outside the color range. Body Lightening is made for areas a facial peel was never built for — underarms, joints, the neck and intimate areas — and requires certification. Bio Organic Spicule Herbal Peel works mechanically rather than chemically, for skin that should not take acid.

Every treatment arrives in its own sealed vial, opened once for one client. Nothing oxidizes between appointments, so the strength is the same on the last treatment of the month as the first.

System Role:
Professional treatment · In-office chemical peel system, nine formulas · Depth and formula matched to the client by a licensed provider
Usage:
During professional treatment only

How This System Works
No single peel chemistry serves every concern equally well. Peel Palette builds outward from two proven bases — trichloroacetic acid and resorcinol — plus standalone acid systems and a lactic-acid entry point, giving you nine formulas each calibrated to a depth and a concern. Every treatment arrives in its own sealed single-use vial, so the dose is exact and nothing oxidizes between appointments. Depth stays a clinical decision — the TCA and resorcinol formulas call for Fitzpatrick assessment before you choose them, and Clear is the comfortable place to start.
Directions
Professional use only — not for at-home use. Select the formula for the client's concern and Fitzpatrick assessment, then apply the contents of one sealed vial to cleansed, dry skin. Leave on for the time specified by the treatment protocol, monitoring for frosting on the TCA formulas. Neutralize or remove per protocol and discard the vial after a single use. The Bio Organic Spicule Peel is mixed from its paired Activator and Powder vials immediately before use. Finish with recommended post-peel care and send the client home on daily SPF.

R&D TRANSPARENCY

The Science Your Practice Can Trust

Dermaesthetics has formulated in its own USA laboratory since 1988, with Korean-American clinical training behind every formula. Which means when you need to know why an ingredient is in a product, there's someone who can actually answer.

Built On Established Ingredient Science

Actives are chosen for well-documented mechanisms and combined so several routes to one concern work together. We'll show you what the research behind an ingredient supports, and we won't claim more for a formula than that research covers.

Korean Philosophy, Western Method

Korean skincare supplies the question — what does this skin need to find balance — and Western clinical practice supplies the means to answer it correctly. Both traditions sit in the lab, which is why the formulas are corrective without being punishing.

Developed For The Treatment And Retail Home-Care

Formulas are built knowing they'll be used both ways: applied by you in treatment, and taken home by the client between visits. The retail products extend the work you did — it isn't a substitute for the appointment.

TREATMENT PROTOCOL

How to Use in Your Practice

Step 01

Assess the client, not the calendar

Start with the skin in front of you

Barrier condition, recent procedures, and how the client responded last time all change what's appropriate today. Ask how their skin felt after the last treatment.

Step 02

Calibrate to each client's needs

Dose, depth and frequency are yours to set

DBH formulas are built to be adjusted for the client rather than applied uniformly: depth across the peel range, frequency on the correctives, how much you layer and how often.

Step 03

Extend it past the appointment

The time in-between you don't see them

What happens between visits decides whether the work holds. The retail line is built to work the same concerns at home, so a client maintains what you started instead of arriving at the next appointment back where they began.

What Clinical Professionals Are Saying

★★★★★

"I've stocked Dermaesthetics in my clinic for three years. My clients see real results and have been loyal to me because of it. It's become a cornerstone of my treatment protocols."

Sarah K.· 5 years
★★★★★

"Switching my backbar to Dermaesthetics was the best decision I made. Client retention improved because they see lasting results. Some of the products are expensive, but a little goes a long way with these products."

I have watched glycolic be the answer to everything, then vitamin C be the answer to everything, then stem cells, then peptides, then whatever we're calling exosomes this month.

So take it for what it's worth when I say this line has aged well in my room. It's a lot of layering, a lot of attention to comfort and barrier and not stripping people — but it isn't chasing whatever's trending. Acids are acids. They just handle them thoughtfully and they tell you the truth about what a formula is for.
