Lip Glaze is four ingredients doing exactly that. Hyaluronic Acid and Glycerin bind water while Tocopherol buffers free radicals, in a thick gel that coats rather than sinking straight in.
Chapped lips look smoother and feel comfortable again, and it can be reapplied through the day without building up.
